The holiday season is here, and it’s time to find that perfect Christmas tree! I’ve admired King of Christmas trees for years so I was so excited to finally upgrade our old tree to a brand new, beautiful tree from King of Christmas. This year, I decided to go with the 7.5-Foot King Flock Tree with LED Lights from King of Christmas, and I’m so glad I did! It’s truly a beautiful tree and one that everyone in our family can’t stop ooo-ing and aww-ing over. Here’s my take on this beautiful tree.

First Impressions
As soon as I unboxed the King Flock Tree, I was wowed by how gorgeous it looked. The flocking gives it a snowy vibe that really brings the holiday spirit into my home. This was our first experience with a flocked tree and I’m not sure if I could go back now. It adds such a magical touch and the white flocking contrasts so gorgeously with the dark and moody green of our living room walls. The branches are realistic looking and the heavy flocking resembles gorgeous snowy branches. With its 7.5-foot height and medium diameter, it fits perfectly in my living room without feeling cramped.
Assembly
Putting the tree together was a breeze. The sections easily snapped together, and the alphabetically labeled branches made it super simple to figure out where everything goes. When you snap each piece of the three together (this one has 3 sections), it automatically connects the lights too through the middle pole so you don’t have to search for plugs to connect. I had it up and ready in about 30 minute with minor shaping of the branches, and the sturdy base means it stays put—definitely a plus with kids around! As someone who has always had to string lights on our tree manually, I LOVE that the lights are already strung and ready to go. Set up can be a bit messier with a flocked tree, but it was easy to quickly sweep or vacuum up the flocking that fell during installation.
LED Lights
The built-in LED lights (800 of them) are a game-changer. They’re bright and energy-efficient, adding a magical glow to the tree. I love that there are different settings, from twinkling to steady, so I can set the mood however I like. The warm white lights really complement the flocking, creating such a cozy atmosphere. It even comes with a foot pedal to easily tap with your foot to turn the lights on or to change the settings.
Aesthetics
This christmas tree looks incredibly realistic! The mix of branch tips gives it a full and lush appearance that really rivals a real tree. The flocking on the king flock is heavy—which gives it a pretty look that reminds me of evergreen branches after a fresh snowfall. Honestly, it looks stunning even without decorations, though it’s the perfect backdrop for my collection of ornaments.
Durability
After having it up for a few weeks, I can say this tree is holding up great! The branches feel strong, and I haven’t noticed much shedding from the flocking at all. Plus, the LED lights are still shining bright with no flickering—definitely a win.
Care and Storage
Taking it down a tree after the holidays is always a hassle, but it looks like taking this down should be pretty easy. The branches collapse nicely so I believe that putting it back in the box or the provided tree storage bag shouldn’t be too difficult.

A Few Things to Consider When Buying an Artificial Christmas Tree
There are a few things you should keep in mind to find the perfect King of Christmas Tree for your space. Here’s a quick guide to help you out!
1. Size Matters
Before you start shopping, grab a tape measure! Make sure to measure the spot where you want to put the tree. You don’t want to end up with a tree that’s too tall for your ceiling or too wide for your room. Finding the right size will keep your space feeling cozy and festive.
2. Flocking Choices
If you love that snowy look, consider getting a flocked tree. It adds a charming winter vibe, but be aware that it might shed a bit when you set it up. If you prefer a classic green tree, look for one with realistic needle tips that mimic the look of real branches.
3. Lighting Options
Some artificial trees come pre-lit, which can save you a lot of time and hassle when decorating. LED lights are great because they last a long time and are energy-efficient. If you like to switch things up every year, an unlit tree might be the way to go!
4. Quality Counts
Investing in a good-quality tree can save you money in the long run. Look for trees made from durable materials that will last for years. Check out reviews to make sure you’re getting something that won’t lose its shape or color after a few seasons. Kings of Christmas have thousands of reviews to pore through to help you make the right decision for your family.
5. Setup and Storage
Think about how easy the tree is to set up and take down. Some trees have hinged branches that make assembly super simple, while others might take a bit more time. Also, consider storage—look for a tree that fits neatly back into its box or a storage bag.
6. Budget-Friendly Options
Artificial trees come in all price ranges, so it’s good to set a budget before you start looking. While it’s tempting to go for the cheapest option, a slightly higher-quality tree can make a big difference in the long run.
Choosing the right artificial Christmas tree doesn’t have to be stressful! By keeping these tips in mind, you’ll find a tree that brings holiday cheer to your home for many years to come. Happy decorating!
